So, this week I got my hands on some T-UP by Nutrex. It is a test booster that increases what is needed when in the gym in order to get bigger/better results. Testosterone!!! It's only day two, and I have not seen any possible ill side effects. Some people that I have spoken to who have taken a test booster in the past, and no, it wasn't by Nutrex; have said that it made them easily irritable, they would snap at people quicker, and that they broke out in acne a lot worse than normal.
I'm always grateful to people who give a positive insight into a product that they have taken to know of the side effects that they have come across just so that I can be aware of any changes and see what it could be related to.
Also, this past week has been rather interesting in the gym as well. I've noticed that when I work out my arms, forearms, back, and legs I hurt for the following day or so. It's not so much a bad hurt, but more of a pain. Like the muscles are saying " OK jackass, you've worked me out again, and now I'm growing... thanks! " But when I work out my chest and shoulders area, there is no pain the following day. Yes, I work out every muscle group when I do work out to my muscle failure. I push myself to the point of going into tunnel vision that I almost feel like I am going to pass out. So I don't understand why I am not feeling the pain in my chest and shoulders as I do in every other group that I work out.
I've set a major goal for myself this past week. The time line? End of August 2011. The Goal.. To be able to bench press 1 time my current body weight. 179-180. I am putting up 145 lbs now, so I'm not that far away.
Also this past week as afforded me the opportunity to reflect on a few different things, and one of them I would like to pass on down to each of you my readers! Always remember to try and be the best person you can be. You never know how much you just may be influencing others by your example. Also, don't waste time folks. When you are doing whatever it is you are doing that you enjoy, make every minute count. Whether it be in the gym, with family, your career, or just an extra curricular activity that you enjoy; make the most out of it, and take what you can from it as well.
THANK YOU
This is a blog now that I am dedicating to each of you as a thank you for all of your support in the past year.

Week ending 20 March 2011
So what has been happening with me this week? Its been an interesting week with learning the ins and outs of my new promotion at work, and I've learned a bit more about time management. Making time for family, plus Gym time, plus getting my meals together ( which, without my wife, I don't know how I'd do it, so thank you Melissa ), plus getting ample sleep, the day goes by so fast, that it is just amazing to sit back and realize I have no time to get into trouble!
As for the Gym, I've had some great increases! I am finally pushing 150 lbs on the bench press. I know, doesn't sound like a lot to some of those who might be gym rats, but from not benching at all for the past 8 years or better, and having only been really hitting the weights for the past 5 months or so, I find it somewhat decent. My short term goal on the bench press is to be able to bench my body weight ( 180 lbs ) by the end of summer 2011. I'm preacher curling 70 lbs, at 10 reps a set, and doing about 3-4 sets. Tried out a new exercise the other day for my back routine. I'm not exactly sure what it is called, but its where you stand on a platform. You stand over a bar that has weights attached to it at the end basically right underneath you. You hunch over and LIFT the weights up to your chest, almost like a standing row or something like that. Well, for my first try ever doing this exercise, I was able to do 90 lbs 8 reps per set and did 2 sets. Again, nothing drastic and fanatic, but for my first ever attempt at it, I was rather pleased. I did lat pull downs at 100 lbs 4 sets, 12 reps/set as well.
OH YEAH! That brings up to another point of the gym. I got and tried Nutrex's new Hemo Rage Ultra Concentrate Orange Creamation. My god, is this stuff not only incredible, but the taste is amazing. It truly brings me back to my childhood memories of eating an Orange Creamsicle on a hot summer day.
Stay tuned for more folks, as I am sure there will be things to follow with my new life that I have found since my surgery.
